Description

Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price contract that will provide for the services of a perfusionist within the Department of Cardiothoracic Services on an as needed basis, for a base year plus four one year option periods. The period of performance will coincide with the fiscal year cycle to allow for payment of services utilizing the IMPAC credit card. The quotation number is DADA13-01-T-0111. The NAICS code is 621999 and the size standard is $5.0 million.
