- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure Drew Performax 401, Drew-Brom and Glutaraldehyde Biosperse Drew 254 from Drew Chemical Corp. This procurement action is for supplies in which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the Simplified Purchase Threshold. The procedures set in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
