BATTERY, STORAGE NSN 6140-01-131-9696, PR NO. ARG01226045001. An Indefinite Quantity Contract is contemplated. CLIN 001, Est. QTY 2000. Delivery 156 days. CLIN 0002, Option to extend for four years, EST. QTY. 1000 EA. Maximum Annual Quantity of 12000 each, Annual Estimated Quantity of 1000 and Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 500. QAP 107. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Origin inspection required. Acceptance is at Destination. Critical application item. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under full and open competition procedures. Item will be procurred IAW SPEC MIL-B-81757/1C, DTD 5 OCT 1984 and MIL-PRF-81757D DTD 2 March 1999 QPL applies. Refer to Section L, Clause52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. This item has a Surge requirement. The government?s required delivery schedule is 150 days after receipt of order. The final contract award decision may be based on the identified vendor source based on past experience and performance and other evaluation factors.
