Configuration Control applies. Requested delivery is 273 days ARO. Other than full and open competition applies. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation issue date is anticipated as NOVEMBER 8, 2001. A Letter RFP is anticipated to be issued to Whittaker in the likely event of a delivery order being issued against its current BOA.
