- PR Number: FD2020-02-60387 Item 0001 NSN 1377-01-339-0539ES P/N: MODEL D10C-2, P/N D10C-2 Cutter is made of an anodized aluminum body and anvil with 3 threaded holes for mounting. A steel cable is attached to the sear on the aft end of the cutter. Height 1.20", diameter. 75". Aluminum and steel, mech. initiated cutter, severs the right hand arm restraint strap on the aces II ejection seat for the B-1B aircraft applications. 60ea. Applicable to: B-1. Destn: FB2172. Delivery: 31 DEC 2003 60 ea The anticipated award date will be 20 NOV 2001. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. See our Web page. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
