Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open compe tition basis the following items: 1) UWARS kits P/N 1914-025-01, Qty 28 and 2) FLU-10 units P/N 1812-161-01, Qty 26. This r equirement is sole sourced to CONAX, 2801 75th Street North, St Petersberg, FL 33710 for proprietary data . Any firms bel ieving that they can provide the Explosive Actuator Parachute Releases may submit a written response to be received at the C ontracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so w ithout compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the progra m.
