Description

Services for licensed pilots and associated equipment for pilotage of US Navy Vessels in the Columbia River Bar area. Contract will be a firm, fixed price Requirements Service IDQ type utilizing delivery orders for all work performance on an as required basis. FOB Destination: Columbia River Bar area. Period of performance shall be 01 Jan 2002 through 31 Dec 2002. Includes option provisions for two additional 12-months periods (01 Jan 2003 through 31 Dec 2003, and 01 Jan 2004 through 31 Dec 2004). Oregon Pilotage Tariff Number A-7, dated 1 Sep 2000 applies. The acquisition is an unrestricted solicitation , and will be in accordance with FAR Part 15. Note 26 applies. Not a commercial (FAR Part 12) acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS_.
