Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE IN RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA. The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 9,700 rentable, 8,435 ansi/boma usable square feet and 5 reserved paved parking spaces. Space must be located within the area of 4 miles north and 1/2 mile inside of the nothern section of the Raleigh outer beltline; along and east of Six Forks Road. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space is required by January 1, 2002 for 10 years, 5 years firm with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
