Description

Conference to be held within the Jacksonville, Florida city limits Friday December 7, 2001 from 11:00 am to 4:30 p.m. for a minimum of 250 attendees. There will also be a sit-down dinner for approximately 500 people in the evening and 225 guestrooms that shall include three (3) VIP suites. The conference room, dinner and guestrooms are all required to be at one location (on-site). All responsible sources may submit an offer. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All requests for copies of this solicitation must be in writing (facsimile and electronic mail acceptable). Request for quotation shall be issued on or about 23 October 2001.
