Social Security Administration intends to exercise the its contractual option for a 12-month performance period beginning January 1, 2002 for the above referenced contracts. The medical specialties included in the exercise of these options are psychiatry, cardiology, neurology and orthopedics. The price for each option is less than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
