Description

The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Carson, CO intends to make a single award to a responsible offeror for a non-personal service contract for a Troop/Adult Education Coordinator in support of the Family Advocacy Program at Army Community Service at Fort Carson, CO. The contractor shall possess a baccalaureate degree (BA, BS) from an accredited college or university majoring in sociology, psychology, counseling, education, human services, or other human resource field. Additional qualifications include a minimum of two years experience in teaching or facilitating educational classes to military personnel or families and two years experience providing social services to soldiers and families in a military community or setting. Offeror must be able to demonstrate knowledge of spouse and child abuse dynamics. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsible offers within the competetive range will be considered.
