Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the Elmendorf Fitness Center Turkey Raquetball Tournament to be conducted from November 15-18, 2001. We are seeking sponsorship for $5,000.00 in raquetballs, score sheets,tournament bracket posting sheets, prizes, t-shirts, fruit, food, drink, turkeys and cornish game hens. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor /donation for this solicitation by a non appropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government.*****
