Description

Anniston Army Depot is interested in locating companies that can provide purchase or lease with option to purchase modular housing units consisting of approximately 33 modular dormitory units housing six per unit with two restrooms/showers per unit (furnis hings bed/chair/locker); a modular kitchen and dining facility with kitchen, dining area to cook and feed/seat 100 people; a modular self-serve laundry to support 200 people, completely plumbed and wired with electrical outlets for 10 each commercial size washers and dryers; a mobile dayroom/recreational unit to accommodate 40 persons for TV/computer/games. Interested parties should respond as soon as possible but not later than 7 days after synopsis appears in the CBD by providing brochures, literature, p ublished price lists with separate figures for units and furnishings, delivery and set-up. Please provide best delivery dates for purchase and lease. Information must be submitted electronically.
