Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for Trade Studies for modernization of the CH-53 helicopter systems. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the original aircraft designer for the H-53 and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to perform this effort in a timely and cost effective manner. See Note 22.
