Description

Various military and non-military activities in Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas, require various quantities of Milk and Ice Cream products for a twelve month period beginning 01 Apr 02 and ending 31 Mar 2003. This will be an Unrestricted Acquisition. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidder(s). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Estimated solicitation issue date is approximately November 12, 2001. Effective immediately, solicitations (Requests for Proposals) will no longer be mailed to potential offerors.
