Description

PRON: AX1F0474AX, NSN:1560-01-112-2972, PN:70400-01409-043, Quantity:272 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA for 272 each. Require delivery is 272 each 225 Days After Contract Award with First Article ( FA) or 150 days without FA. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The closi ng date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
