Description

The Government intends to issue a sole source award to National Academy of Sciences (NAS)to conduct an independent assessment of the Army Evaluation ommnd (AEC) evaluation approaches and strategies for the Interim Armored Vehicle (IAV). The assessment involves evaluating the way AEC evaluates the family of vehicles operating in an asymetric environment utilizing the latest statistical methods and performance measures for the modern battlefield. This requirement involves expertise in the areas of experimental design, measure development and data mining.An RFP is not currently available.
