Description

The proposed acquisition is for one (1) lot of installation of Aviation Vibration Analyzer (AVA) Enhancement Kits into AVA units. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled -- Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisiti on is sole source to Smith Industries, 13112 Evening Creek Drive South, San Diego, California 92128-4199,who is the designer and manufacturer of the items.
