- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to contract on a sole source basis from Carleton Technologies, Inc., 10 Cobham Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127-4195 for design installation, system/component improvement, modification, procurement and repair of CRU-103 Oxygen Regulators. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price with a base year and two option years. Carleton Technologies, Inc. is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the CRU-103 Oxygen Regulators and as such is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and technical data necessary to meet the government's requirement.
