Description

CEILING REPLACEMENT AT ANN ARBOR FEDERAL BUILDING, 200 E. LIBERTY ST., ANN ARBOR, MI 48108 Contractor to provide supervision, labor, equipment and supplies necessary to replace ceiling on the fourth floor. Present suspended ceiling to be demolished along with lighting fixtures and replaced with 2x2 grid with revealed edge tiles and new light fixtures (277V). All fire sprinkler heads to be replaced, new HVAC diffusers and sound baffles. Upon completion sound batt insulation is to be placed on entire ceiling. Bidder must request a soliciation package to determine full scope of work. With request for packet bidder must provide a current business license or valid personal identification. Solicialtion packages will be availabe after October 12, 2001. Bid due date November 13, 2001 4pm Close of Business. Project will begin on a Notice to Proceed basis after Contract Award. Project must be completed within ten working days there after. Procurement is reserved for Small Business. NAICS Code is:233320 Size is $27.5mil. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $50,000.
