- Non-Competitive acquisition for alcohol/substance abuse, outpatient, aftercare, and transitional living treatment services, Buy Indian sole source, for the American Indian population living within the Sacramento service area. Services shall be provided for a 12 month period in accordance with the statement of work. The request a for a non-competitive acquisition is being issued pursuant to 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act. This proposal is restricted to the Sacramento Urban Indian Health Project Inc. in Sacramento, California.
