Description

Contractor to provide Mobile Lithotripsy Services one day each month to the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide a mobile lithotripsy machine capable of treating patients in the operating room; a trained, licensed, credentialed technician to assist the VA physician; and electrodes required to perform the procedures. The contract period shall be a base year with two (2), one (1) year options. The solicitation will be available o/a October 25, 2001. Subject to the availability of funds. NAICS 541990, size standard $5 million applies. The solicitation will be available for download at no charge on or about October 25, 2001, via the VA Business Opportunities System website at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by the VA. Any amendments will be posted at the website.
