Description

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12, a five year contract having a base year and four optional years with CDM Technologies, Inc San Louis Obispo, CA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). This e ffort is designed to further extend CMD s proprietary Intelligent Cooperative Decision-Making (ICDM) software architecture to support DoD s Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES). The technical support services will provide for the extension o f CDM s proprietary Intelligent Cooperative Decision-Making ICDM software architecture/source code to accommodate cross-service requirements for vessel stow planning, port management, cargo sequencing, and generic ship generation. Enhancement services to result in a seamlessly interactive operating capability across multiple networks, and hardware platforms. No Solicitation document exists. However, interested parties may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Gove rnment s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This is not a request for proposals, nor does the Government intend to pay for information received.
