Description

Solicitation DABT60-01-R-3023 will be issued using 8a competitive set aside for services to perform Information Management functions at Ft. Eustis, VA to include Technical Mission Functions, Technical Advisory Services, Problem Resolution, Campus Area Netw ork, Network Operating System and Server Operations, Electronic Messaging, Desktop Computing, On-Site Customer Support, Database Management, Implementation of Standard and Fielded Applications, Server Hardware and Software, Web Administration, Telecommunic ations and other functions. Applicable NAICS code is 541513, size standard $18M. This is an A-76 study conducted under OMB Circular A-76 utilizing Formal Source Selection. The apparent successful offeror will compete against a Government In-House 'bid'. If contracted, the services will include a 90 day Phase-In period, a 12 month base period and four 12 month option periods, the last option will contain a 60 day Phase-Out period included in the 12 month performance period. Oral presentations will be req uired. The competitive range will be limited for efficiency purposes in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be placed on the TRADOC Acquisition Center website at www.tac.eustis.army.mi l on or before November 1, 2001. All admendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the TAC website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for Amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and Amendments wil l not be sent out in paper copy. Site visit will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with the solicitation.
