Description

This procurement is for part-numbered items manufactured by Hatch & Kirk Inc. (55380). Access is available via the World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. FSCs to be covered under this project include 2815,2910,2930,2990,3010,3020,3040, 4320,4620,4710,4720,4730 and 4820. See Note(s):9,12,23 and 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2815,2910,2930,2990,3010,3020,3040,4320,4620, 4710,4720,4730 and 4820. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upona combination of price, part performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to section "M". All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
