Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, PN Construction Office, Yakima, WA has a requirement for a refurbished office trailer for the Boise Const Field Office, Boise, ID. Specifications are: 60' long including hitch, 56' box size, 12' wide, 8' ceiling height mobile office trailer; handicap access/handicap access bathroom; paneled walls, 22# commercial carpeted floors; two (2) private offices 12'x12' minimum size; one (1) ADA compliant half bath restroom with 1/8" commercial tile flooring; one (1) general office 12'x30' minimum size excluding restroom; Electric: fluorescent ceiling lights, 100 Amp breaker panel; Windows/Doors: dual glazed horizontal slider windows, 36"x80" lighted steel exterior doors with dead bolts and latch guards; Heating and cooling: electric central hvac; Exterior finish: painted T-1-11 siding; Frame: I-beam, triple axle; Blocking: block and level unit on CMU blocking and cedar wedges, 30" maximum floor height; Stairs: complete galvanized steel or aluminum stairs with landings and handrails for all exterior doors; Prefer: tan color scheme, tan exterior paint, brown carpeting, tan vinyl covered wall paneling, matching/coordinating floor tile, brown exterior doors and trim, tan interior doors and trim. The unit must be at least a 1996 model, completely refurbished including painting if necessary, thoroughly cleaned, new brown carpeting. We reserve the right of pre-inspection before acceptance. Unit must meet Idaho, Oregon, Washington State and ADA requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in accordance with the format included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will also be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being issued as 02SQ180010 and quotes are due October 12th, 2001, COB. The RFQ incorporates revisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 The standard industrial classification is 453930, size standard is $9.5 million.
