Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,524 rentable square feet yielding 1,325 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Space must be on the second floor or above and located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Bowling Green, Kentucky within the following delineated areas: WEST: Green River Parkway and Nashville Road (aka William H. Natcher Parkway), SOUTH: Interstate 65, NORTH: US 31W Bypass Road, EAST: Broadway Avenue continued along Scottsville Road (aka KY 231). REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on November 30, 2002. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1) Five on-site, outside parking spaces are required, three for immediate use and two for future use, and 2) Public transportation and visitor parking must be located within three blocks. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
