U.S. Census Bureau Industry Day Friday, November 9, 2001 Building 3 Conference Rooms 1-4 Suitland, Maryland Facility Mission: Securing general statistical information about the U.S. The U.S. Census is the preeminent collector and provider of timely, relelvant and quality data about the people and economy of the United States. Their goal is to provide the best mix of timeliness, relevancy, quality and the cost for the data they collect and services they provide. Companies will have an opportunity to market to other DOC groups in addition to the Census personnel. There will be a quick seminar/speakers from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. prior to the exhibits. Hosting Organization: Acquisition Division Groups to Receive Announcements: All at location (approximately 3,000). We will also promote to the NOAA located the same campus. The sponsor is promoting/inviting other DOC groups not located in Suitland.
