Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to furnish Cardiac Event Monitoring Services for the VA Chicago Health Care System, Lakeside and West Side Division, Chicago, IL. The start date is November 4, 2001 with a completion date of November 3, 2002. There are also four one-year options that can be exercised at the Government's discretion. This Contract is a firm-fixed price. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about October 10, 2001. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
