Description

Supply and deliver geomembrane asphalt elastomer sheet with nonwoven polyester geotextile and glass fiber reinforcement, 160 mil. The composite high performance modified bitumen material shall be Teranap 431-4M, Colas Coletanche NTP 2 ES or approved equal. The underlaying surface of the rolls shall be protected by a polyester film. The top surface shall be sanded with a silica parting agent. Estimated quantity is 380,792 square feet. Government forces will install product. The manufacturer shall provide technical assistance and on-site training covering the installation, seaming and seam testing of the material. Seaming of the material will be performed by the Government's own forces. Testing of the material seams shall be with the air lance method.
