Description

This requirement is for: This specification establishes the requirements for a software suite to provide dynamic data post-processing capabilities for the Propulsion Wind Tunnel (PWT) 4T Dynamic Data System at the Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC). The software suite consisting of well-developed, existing commercial products, will provide high-productivity tools that will be used to do spectral post-processing of multi-channel time record dynamic data in the 0-30,000 Hz bandwidth range. The dynamic data will be primarily acoustic pressure time records but may also be time records of acceleration or other measured physical quantities. Delivery shall be FOB Arnold AFB TN and is required 45 days after award. Firms responding to this synopsis should indicate whether or not they are a minority business concern. Quote will be due 17 days after issuance of the Request for Quote. The anticipated due date is estimated to be 26 October 2001.
