Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 106 each to Stockton, CA 9529 6 (parcel post) or Tracy, CA 95376(freight)plus 100% quantity option. First Article Test Report required. Total delivery inc luding FAT report submission, evaluation and completion of production items is 283 DARO. Automated best value model-the fina l contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as descri bed in the solicitation.
