Unrest ricted with other than full and open competition. Total quantity is 110 each to Stockton, CA 95296 (parcel post) or Tracy, CA 95376(freight)plus 100% quantity option. Delivery 137 DARO. Automated best value model-the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Issue Date is modified to 04 Oct 01. Closing date is 05 Nov 01. Solicitation will not be available via the Gateway.
