PR No: YPG01228000925 This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Rod, End Assembly, Actuator. This solicitation wil l be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a Base Year and four Option Years. Ther e is one approved source of supply: Sargent Controls and Aerospace CAGE 78062; The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Q uantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1650-01-036-9545; P/N 1674D3; AEQ 70 for Base year and 68 for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 100 Days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 230 4 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
