Description

This synopsis quantity for this requirement is 84 with two option years, 100% each year. Also this solicitation number replaces DAAH2301T0426, changed to DAAH2301R0878. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, NSN 1560-01-223-3182, PRON: AX1F0052AX, Part Number: 70216-02401-052, STD Revision C, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closi ng date stated above. Delivery is FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA, 84 each. Required delivery with Frst Article Testing (FAT) is 84 each 263 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery wi thout FAT is 84 each 210 DACA. Item Number 0001AA requires two bids: (1) Bid A, with First Article Test (FAT) and (2) Bid B, No FAT required. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WIT HOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
