Description

The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Transport International Pool, DBA GE Capital Modular Space for the lease of a modular office complex, on a sole source basis. The purpose of this award is to support continuous uninterrupted training operations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a continuation of a previous contract; GE Capital Modular Space is currently providing the modular complex. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
