Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Charles Lee, Jr., 2546 Lisa Drive, Waldorf, MD 20601 to provide high-level professional advice, assistance, analyses, recommendations, reports (oral or written), and other consultations on a variety of specialized subjects relating to economic census data collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination for goods-producing sector. Period of performance is through September 30, 2002. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
