Description

RFP #3-JC-286-24 is for the operation of the Woodland Job Corps Center, Laurel, MD. The solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia o/a October 10, 2001. The closing date for written Business Management Plans, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications/Schedules remains the same, o/a December 3, 2001; oral presentations will be required in Philadelphia o/a December 4, 2001. The resultant cost reimbursement, fixed-fee, contract will run from May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2004, with three unilateral option years. The average capacity of the Woodland Job Corps Center is 300 students: 168 residential men and 132 residential women. There will be a pre-proposal conference at the Woodland Job Corps Center on Thursday, October 18, 2001 at 10:00 AM (EST), followed by a tour of the facility at approximately 11:00 AM.
