Description

The United States Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for construction services to perform levee repairs at Garden of Eden Levee, Sections 2 and 3, near Triplett, MO. The work will include the following: all plant, la bor, materials, and equipment, and performing all operations necessary to reconstruct and repair damaged levees due to slope erosion and embankment failures (slides) at Sections 2 and 3. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 18 October 2001 at 090 0. Point-of-Contact for site visit is Cliff Sanders at 660-338-2278. Participants will meet at the Christian Church parking lot at the junction of State Rt. M and E Street in Triplett, Missouri (this will be the only organized site visit for this project). Estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated time of completion is 60 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 17 Oct 2001.
