Description

This is AMENDMENT 0001 to RFP USZA23-02-R-0002. This amendment is issued to correct the Specifications for this requirement, found at www.aatd.eustis.army.mil, as follows: (1) Paragraph 2.13 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with "2.13 Operating System: Windows 2000 Professional SR-2 (see paragraph 3 for additional information and requirements)." (2) Paragraph 3 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with "3. Software and Documentation: The operating system software shall be pre-loaded on all HDDs, except spares. All drivers required to support all system components in Windows 2000 shall be provided. One set of original documentation (Hardware and Software), media (i.e., Recovery CDs and other media as appropriate) shall be provided for each system. Desktop operating system licenses will be covered under a USSOCOM Enterprise License Agreement with Microsoft for Windows operating system software. Therefore, the contractor shall not charge the Government for licenses associated with the operating system software." (3) Paragraph 4. Delete the part number and brand specification for the sound card. Offerors are reminded that FACSIMILE PROPOSALS AND ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with instructions contained in the original solicitation and shall contain all information, representations and certifications identified. Failure to comply with all requirements of the solicitation may result in an offeror being eliminated from consideration for award. Proposals (4 copies) shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, 18 October 2001, to the Integrated Aviation Systems 21 Working Group, Attn: AMSAM-TASO-I (H. Fowler/RFP USZA23-02-R-0002), Lee Blvd., Bldg. 401, Ft. Eustis, VA 23604-5577.
