EMAIL: (jeanie.clark@redstone.army.mil) System: PATRIOT, PRON: D1193137, Nomenclature: Meter, Power Factor, NSN: 6625-01-476-0818, and P/N: HP4418B/E21, to be procured under a multiple year, requirements contract. The current known quantity for this item is 40 each. This acquisition covers poten tial requirements for a base year and (3) three years plus an Option to extend performance of the contract for an additional (2) two years of requirements. Orders will be issues one or more times as requirements materialize for a total potential maximum q uantity of 65. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedu le, 100 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acqu ire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements are not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit a nd negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest, that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the firm(s) listed.
