Description

The term of this contract is for 1 year. (base year period of Date of Award through September 30, 2002) and 1 option year period (October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003)for DAPS, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This procurement is set aside for small disadvantaged business only. Bid received from firms which are not small disadvantaged businesses will not be considered. These specifications cover the production of river navigation charts requiring such operations as copy pick-up, proofing, printing, 4-color process, binding, packing and delivery. Approximately 3 orders. Approximately 1,500 to 10,000 copies per order. Approximately 150 to 350 pages plus cover per order. Government to furnish: CD ROM, windows version 2000. Files supplied in both native format and print-to-file (Post-Script) format. Films and camera copy to be furnished for reprints. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Nashville, TN. Deliver f.o.b. destination Louisville, KY, Nashville TN and Pittsburgh, PA. Production time 15 to 32 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
