Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a firm fixed price Order under NAVAIR Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-00-G-0280 for the procurement of CY 02 Integrated Logistics Support and Sustaining Engineering Services in support of E-2C aircraft programs for FMS customers. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this Order on a sole source basis with Northrop Grum man Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York 11714. Northrop Grumman Corporation is the sole designer, develo per, manufacturer and systems integrator of the E-2C aircraft. Only Northrop Grumman Corporation has the knowledge and data peculiar to all configurations of the E-2C weapon system used by FMS countries. Only Northrop Grumman Corporation has the engineering, manufacturing and unique logistics support experience and data pertinent to systems design and operational char acteristics of the E-2C aircraft to provide the necessary support in the time required by the FMS customer fleet operations.
