Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a sole sourced contract to Kastle Systems, LLC for alarm monitoring services for the office building located at 1750 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington,DC, for the period of 01 October through 30 September 2002. These services shall include 24 hour monitoring, field service response, card administration, unlimited software upgrades and incident activity analysis and reports. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing via mail, facsimile (no longer than 10 pages in length) or email. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmissions is the sole responsibility of the contractor. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be made in the form of an government purchase order. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions and/or negotiations. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 10 days from the published date of this announcement. Evaluation/award will be base on the best value to the government. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact to include name, telephone number, GSA contract number (if applicable), business size and payment terms. If no affirmative responses are received the award shall be made to Kastle Systems, LLC. See Note: 22
