3110-01-329-8573, YPG01129000444, Annular Ball Bearing. This is a source control item to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (7828 6) part number SB1138-102 Revision E dated March 16, 1993. There are two approved sources: MRC Bearings (38443). See numb ered Notes 23 & 26. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provison (B03). Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part and Certificate of Quality Conformance apply. Critical Item. Request ed delivery 220 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and oth er evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This RFP will be solicited as a fixed price long term contract (Ind efinite Quantity Contract) with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual demand will be 2850 each with a gua ranteed minimum of 315 each. Solicitation issue date is October 22, 2001.
