Description

The U.S. Navy requires the provision of two vessels for ferry service in Guam and Saipan, Marianas Islands, capable of carrying 30 (minimum) in Guam and 45 (minimum) passengers in Saipan. It is anticipated that the performance will consist of four periods (one firm and three option periods) of 12 months each. Contract type will be firm fixed-price time charter. Interested companies shall contact MSC via fax at (202) 685-5965. This solicitation will be made available on Military Sealift Command's homepage. It is the responsibility of interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). The Government does not anticipate issuing paper copies of these documents unless a contractor experiences difficulties in downloading and specifically requests a paper copy. See Note 1.
