This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Microcube Corporation for one (1) power supply system, Part No. PPS-29 under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
