This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure on a sole source basis, with a Non-Profit Organization (The Geneva Foundation), 3315 South 23rd Street, Suite 109, Tacoma WA 98405 for professional services. The intent of this acquisition is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Primetime III Telemedicine program in Europe. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
