Description

The Southeast Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source firm fixed-price contract to a Non-Profit Organization (The Geneva Foundation), 3315 South 23rd Street, Suite 109, Tacoma WA 98405 for Professional, Adminstrative, and Management Support Services. The intent of this acquisition is for The Center for Total Access to develop and in-depth research study design and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Combat Trauma Patient Simulation Project (CTPS). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
