Box 16704, DSCC-PLI, Columbus OH 4321 6-5010 SUBJECT: A- Extension of the Chemical Propulsion Information Agency (CPIA) SQL SPO700-97-D-4004 POC: Contracting Officer, Kelly E. Cottongim, 614/692-7122 DESC: DSCC plans to award a sole source contract modification for a 12-month extension, with one 6-month option period, to The Johns Hopkins University under Contract SPO700-97-D-4004. DSCC believes that The John Hopkins University is the only source with the required experience and capabilities to perform this effort within the period of performance required. Performance will involve maintaining CPIA, the DoD center of expertise for chemical propulsion technology information for an extended 12 month period of performance, with one 6 month option. The contract effort will include, but not be limited to collection, review, analysis, appraisal, and summary of the available scientific and technical information and data within the scope of the CPIA's competence and concern.
